AI Strategy

From hype to leverage.

  • Too much AI? We can help with that.
  • Feel like you're falling behind? We can help with that.

AI is the most consequential platform shift in a generation — and the gap between teams who get it right and teams who don't is widening fast.

We help leadership teams cut through the noise: identifying where AI can create real leverage in your business, where it's just a distraction, and how to move deliberately from experiment to production.

This isn't theoretical. We've built and shipped AI-powered products, integrated LLMs into existing workflows, and helped organizations define governance frameworks that hold up in practice. We bring that experience directly to your context.

The problem with most AI advice is that it comes from people who are either selling something or haven't actually shipped anything. You get breathless predictions or vendor lock-in disguised as strategy. We're neither. We've been in the weeds — evaluating models, debugging hallucinations, managing latency, explaining cost curves to a CFO — and we know what separates a successful deployment from an expensive experiment.

Where we typically start is with an honest assessment of where you actually are: your data, your team, your existing tooling, and the problems worth solving. Most organizations don't have an AI problem — they have a clarity problem. Once the real opportunity is defined, everything else gets easier to prioritize.

From there, we help you navigate the build vs. buy vs. integrate question with clear criteria rather than gut feel. We'll tell you when an off-the-shelf model is good enough, when fine-tuning makes sense, and when you're better off waiting six months for the market to catch up.

We also take governance seriously — not as a checkbox, but as a foundation. AI systems that behave unexpectedly in production aren't just a technical problem; they're a trust problem. We help you establish evaluation frameworks, monitoring practices, and human-in-the-loop processes that keep your systems accountable over time.

Securing your AI is not optional. As AI tooling matures — and particularly as Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers become a standard way to connect AI agents to internal systems — the attack surface grows with it. An MCP server wired up to your CRM, your codebase, or your financial data is a powerful asset. It's also a serious liability if access isn't locked down properly.

Not everyone in your organization should be able to query company data through an AI interface. Role-based access controls, authentication at the MCP layer, audit logging, and least-privilege design aren't optional extras — they're the baseline. We help you architect AI integrations that treat security as a first-class concern from day one, not something bolted on after a breach forces the conversation.

The teams that get this right are the ones who think about who can ask what, what the model is allowed to do with the answer, and where that data goes next. We've designed these controls for organizations across industries and know where the gaps tend to appear — before your data ends up somewhere it shouldn't.
